The Chai Stop offers a wide choice of mouth-watering meat and vegetable curries, which are handmade and frozen in small batches. All meals are wheat and gluten free with many dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options also available.
The Greensand Ridge Distillery produces award-winning spirits that reflect the flavours of the Kent countryside that surrounds it. Sustainability is key, and only 100 percent renewable energy is used in the distilling process.

We are proud to offer fresh handmade artisan bread from the local Teston Bakery. Swedish owner and baker Per Nevrin provides sourdough and real bread, which does not contain any additives.

Leading English winemaker Chapel Down produces a world-class range of sparkling and still wines created from fruit sourced from the South-East of England. The winery is an official supplier to No 10 Downing Street, and celebrity chefs Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver are among its customers.
Biddenden Vineyards
Family run Biddenden Vineyards produce an award-winning range of wines, ciders and juices, all locally sourced and crafted to a high standard. Biddenden ciders are made from the juice of carefully selected culinary and dessert apples using the Barnes’ family recipe.
Mitchell’s Juice
To get that fresh “just picked” taste Mitchell’s Kentish simply pressed apple and pear juices are made from hand-selected, tree ripened fruit sourced from the family enterprise’s Plaxtol orchards. Bramley & Dessert apple and Conference & Concorde pear juice are part of Mitchell’s range of delicioius fruit drinks.

Owlet’s have been growing fruit and making award-winning juices at Owl House Fruit Farm in Kent since 1986. They offer an extensive range of single variety English apple juices together with some original blends of English fruits, berries and flowers.

A new to the market brewery based in Ashford, Kent. The Curious Brewery Beer is in stock at The Plaxtol Village Store. A wonderful crisp and smooth beer – and they ferment a rather nice cider too.
